My name is Mat, and I'm a game and level designer currently working at Keepsake Games in Stockholm, Sweden. I started my journey with game development at the age of 12, diving into concept art and illustration.

​

My specializations are level design and game design. I believe that the key to creating great, interactive experiences is focusing on the details. Therefore, I aim my attention towards environmental storytelling, player guidance and complementing player mechanics through level design.

I'm the biggest music fan you'll ever meet! My music collection holds over 500 vinyl records and over a 100 CDs. I also like to delve into music production in my free time.

Back in the day I also practiced a rare Japanese sport called penspinning (you might have seen it on youtube), and once almost made it to the world tournament, losing my spot in the team by only a single point.

​

Throughout my life I have lived in four countries - Sweden, England, Canada and Poland, where I was born. My favorite color is yellow and you will likely notice it if you meet me more than once!
